Active Wellness Program
Active Wellness Program is the feel-good and sports program for Ruhpolding’s guests. From Monday through Friday, holiday-makers have the opportunity, under the direction of expert coaches, to spend one or two hours daily doing something for themselves and their bodies.
The choices range from Nordic Walking, aqua cise and Qi Gong, to concentration exercises developed to aid biathlon athletes in shooting. Active Wellness is aimed at all our guests, sporty or not, young or somewhat older - alone, with a partner, or with the whole family. Standing squarely at the forefront is the joy of exercise and the opportunity to experience your body in a totally new way.
